Cooperation between UMM and the Implementer of the Pre-Employment Card Program is Committed to Produce Superior Indonesian Human Resources

University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) continually strives to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education (P.T.). In collaboration with the Implementing Management of the Pre-Employment Card Program last Wednesday (9/8), White Campus is committed to synergizing in improving Indonesian Human Resources (H.R.) quality. The cooperation is in the form of a pre-employment card training program.

Cahyo Prihadi, the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementing Management of the Pre-Employment Card Program, said that all training forms must impact human resources quality. Especially in the aspect of competence and skills of the Indonesian people. That way, people in the community have good skills. Even the maximum improvement and upgrade process gives birth to superior human resources that can compete with other countries.

"This is where talented and independent human resources will emerge. It can even create their jobs for the wider community," he said.

The same thing was also conveyed by the person in charge of the independent expert team for the UMM pre-employment card training program, Dr. Nur Subeki, S.T., M.T. According to him, the monitoring program that has been carried out together with the team so far has been running smoothly. The coordination and hard work of each member is one of the reasons.

"The solidity of the UMM team is certainly very helpful in carrying out this monitoring. Likewise, with good coordination with the Pre-Employment Card. We will continue to do our best to spread the benefits to the wider community," he said.

Eki, his nickname, said that he and his party are committed to monitoring training in an effective, efficient and credible manner. That way, the learning process of the Indonesian people in understanding various materials can be smoother, even with efforts to fight for the rights of participants to get skills certificates.

The man who also served as Vice Chancellor III of UMM said that this effort was also one of the ways for UMM White Campus to make a significant contribution.
