DPPM UMM got the Most Devotion Fund Recipient Award from LLDikti VII

In upholding the tri dharma of higher education, the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) always spreads benefits to others. One way to do this is by serving the community. Thanks to the hard work built so far, UMM got an award as a Private Higher Education (PTS) recipient of the highest abdimas funds and the university with the highest number of abdimas titles. Last June, the Region VII Higher Education Service Institute (LLDikti) gave this award.

Deputy director of the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) UMM, Dr. Vina Salviana Darvina Soedarwo, M.Si, explained that the UMM campus had made several efforts to provide service proposals made by the lecturers could be funded and implemented. One way is to create a proposal clinic for UMM lecturers.

"The existence of this clinic is also a place for exchanging ideas and innovations. In addition, some presenters will provide input and corrections so that later the quality of the proposals will be better and increase. With this increase, more community services will be selected to be funded. Not only relying on the government, but we also collaborate with other parties so that the lecturers' services and research can be carried out neatly, "said the lecturer of the sociology study program.

Regarding the award given by LLDikti Region VII, Vina said she was very grateful because UMM's hard work has produced good results so far. Moreover, with the number of grant funds reaching 561,080,000, UMM White Campus can help various community services. Mainly implemented by UMM lecturers.

She considered this achievement could not be separated from the excellent performance of many parties. Starting from the DPPM team, lecturers, mentoring class teams, and other academics who helped. In the future, DPPM is committed to working harder so that more service programs can be held.

"To get grant funds, we have to compete with many universities. Therefore, I am very grateful that DPPM UMM can achieve this achievement. In the future, we will prepare quality service proposals so that the process of spreading the benefits carried out by UMM lecturers can be even better.
