National Coordination Meeting for MPK Muhammadiyah at UMM: Award for Three Worldwide Muhammadiyah Cadres

The seminar and national coordination meeting (Rakornas) of the PP Muhammadiyah Cadre Education Council (MPK) at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) not only presented some exciting speakers. But also awarded three Muhammadiyah figures who contributed to the cadre aspect on Tuesday (18/10). The three are Drs. Mohammad Djazman Al-Kindi, Prof. Dr. A. Malik Fadjar, M.Sc. and Ir. Dasron Hamid, M.Sc. In addition, there are awards for six institutions that have succeeded in producing the best cadres.

General Chairman of PP Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Haedar Nasir, M.Si., assessing that all three have important and strategic roles in the cadre. How they are solemn and love Muhammadiyah and its vision to advance the nation. Jazman initiated the birth of Diktilitbang and became the rector. Malik Fadjar, with his visionary idea of ​​building UMM until he was entrusted with the role of minister of religion and education of the Republic of Indonesia, and Dasron, who built UMY from scratch to what it is today.

"This is a small award compared to the roles and honors these three figures have performed like other Muhammadiyah figures. Hopefully, this can inspire cadres to contribute to advancing Muhammadiyah and the nation," he added.

The three Muhammadiyah figures are figures who tirelessly strive to produce quality cadres. Djazman was the first chairman of the Cadre Education Agency, while Dasron was also the chairman of the Muhammadiyah Youth Education and Development Agency. Even with Malik Fadjar, who has initiated and sparked Ideopolitor.

That gave the handover to the family representatives of the three figures. One is Dr. Nazaruddin Malik, M.Si., representing to receive the Prof. award. Malik Fadjar. According to Nazar, his familiar greeting, even though his father is dead, the passion and spirit of the cadre he spreads are still burning. It can be seen from how Muhammadiyah cadres are currently trying to create innovations and works. Mainly to enlighten the nation.

"Hopefully, what he has contributed and we dream can be realized together as a strength for the struggle in the future. Including in improving and enlightening the nation," said Nazar, now serving as a lecturer at UMM. (apg/wil)
