Good and proud news came from the Government Science (IP) study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Starting the holy month, the IP study program won first place in publication performance for the strata one category of government science in 2022. Then obtained, the results were based on the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) ranking, which gave the highest score, namely Overall Score: 3,542 and SINTA Score 3Yr: 2,441. This figure outperforms all IP study programs in Indonesia.

SINTA is an online scientific website or portal managed by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, and Technology. This page records the number of publications for each institution. Meanwhile, the Sinta score of the study program is the result of the accumulation of publications and citations of lecturers and students recorded on Scopus, Garuda, Google Scholar, and WoS.

Head of IP Study Program Muhammad Kamil S.IP., M.A. feels grateful for this achievement. He appreciated the hard work, sincere and collaborative work between lecturers and students. He also considered that this result was the fruit of the encouragement and motivation of the UMM IP study program so that the academics had scientific articles that were published and could be read by the public.
