No. Work Units The Developed Information System Status
1.
Academic Administration Management (MAA)
MAA has been operated, but it still needs an upgrading (improvement and addition of new menus).
 


Upgrading:
Sub-system
1.Code Standardization (NIM, course, city, etc.)
2.MAA needs to be developed in order to handle academic administration in work unit of AIK & MKDU which have unique academic rules

3.Report development for other units who need it.
Education and Teaching System
4.Statistics for EPSBED report & accreditation from making (Study Program & Institution)

5.Lecture Scheduling Menu including report on classroom usage.
KRS Online
6.Education and Teaching System has been finished of being developed. It needs test-drive and improvement
7.Information system on short semester has been finished of being developed. It needs test-drive and improvement.
Furlaugh and Moving System (furlaugh, moving, getting out, being current active student)

 
Test-drive stage: it needs final settlement.

Lecturer's Activities Information System (SIMAD)

Financial Information System
Financial Information System (MS-Acess) and Accounting Information System has been operated.
(MS Access-Intranet at Finance Bureau)


Upgrading:
Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Zahir Accounting)
Financial Information System (MS-Access) needs to be converted into Web-based financial infromation system for financial management; for both internal report and publishing

Student Affairs Information System (SIMAWA)
It is still in the making process. It needs finishing and attention on the needs of other units such as:
1. Scholarship recapitulation

2. Extracurricular achievement recapitulation
Alumni system of UMM
3. Student's lodging house spread for social environment guidance.


From UMM alumni system, it is hoped that there will be output:

1. Alumni spread

2. Period of job waiting

3. Avarage first salary

4. Work relevance to the study field

Staff Information System (SIMPEG)
It has been operated, but still needs improvement.
Upgrading:

1. SIMPEG and Digital archives need to be developed to be able receiving data input from users outside UMM.
Online
2. SIMPEG needs to be developed based on the need of EPSBED report and accreditation form.
3. Digital archives need to be developed to get database for lecturer's advancement proposal, EPSBED and form

Asset Information System (SIMAST)
This system is used to manage UMM asset with UMM internal publishing interest output.
It has been operated. It needs improvement.
ATK Information System (SIMATK)
This system is used to manage ATK of UMM for the internal section at equipment section.
This system has been operated but it is not optimal yet. It stil needs improvement especially the making of ATK purchasing plan using  method Material Requirement Planning.

Library Automatic Service (LASer)
They have been running well.
Digital Library (GDL)
Upgrading:
It needs report for other units' needs such as:
Automation System
1. Visitor recapitulation per study program
 
2. Borrower recapitulation per study program
Proposal System of online book purchasing
3.Recapitulation on total references per study program

New Student Registration System (SIMABA)
These systems have been operated, but they still need improvement.
Upgrading:

1. Code standardization (study program, city, etc.)

2. Report development for units which need it. (student's origin&country, graduation certificate score, National Examination Score, university test, etc.)

3. University test score development of new students.

4. Publication on new student admission reslt trough SMS Gateway

Study Program
SIMATA (Thesis Information System)
SIMATA (MS-Access) : It has been operated at several study programs.
SIMATA Online : It is just being developed and still needs to be tested and improved.
8.
RiReS (Research Interactif – Review System)
This system has been operated, but t still needs improvement.
Upgrading :

1. Report development for units which need it membutuhkan.

2. This system needs to be integrated with Online Journal System (Sejoli)
9.
SIMABDIMAS (Information System on Management of Dedication to Society)
This system is now being developed and it still needs finishing and completion.

The Results of Inherent :

1. E-learning of Muhammadiyah University (Elmu)
They have been finished of being developed. Inherent result system utilization needs to be optimalized.
2. Online Journal System (Sejoli) – Inherent product
3. Inherent Manajemen Surat (i-Mansur)
4. Inherent Research Management Adminstration (i-RMA)
5. Performance Accountability System (Formasy)
6. Education Network of Indonesian Agroforestry
7. Online Student Thesis Management
