Counseling services at UMM are available to students and the families of lecturers and other UMM staff.
The main services available are counseling and therapy for those who have psychological problems with their academic and personal life, where therapy or counseling can be done through individual and group methods.
In addition, the Guidance and Counseling Unit also gives services via e-mail and telephone, personal development training, psychological examinations (Intelligence tests, aptitude interests, etc.) for those who require them, movie reviews and psychological discussions on several radios in Malang.
All the services are provided for free as part of UMM student facilities, with friendly counsellors and friends, both peer counseling and psychologists who all have competency in counseling and therapy.
Confidentiality is guaranteed.
