Bureaus
Based on the Muhammadiyah Higher Education (PTM) rule, which was written in PP Muhammadiyah Decree, Bureau is one of the elements of PTM which is used for administration. University of Muhammadiyah Malang has five bureaus:
1. Academic Administration Bureau under control Vice Rector I	Head Official Bureau appointed and dismissed by Rector Duty Period of Head Bureau based on periodization of Vice Rector The Variety of Bureaus depent on University Policy
2. General Administration Bureau under control Vice Rector II
3. Financial Administration Bureau under control Vice Rertor II
4. Students Affair Administration Bureau under control Vice Rektor III
5. International Co-operation Bureau under control Vice Rector II
