DEPARTMENT/STUDY PROGRAM STUDENT ASSOCIATION (HMJ/HMPS)1. HMJ/ HMPS lies on department/study program level.
2. HMJ/ HMPS coachs and develops students' profession and science in accordance with their department/study program.
3. HMJ/HMPS has supporting function of execution/aspiration of students in the area of department/study program
4. The management of HMJ/HMPS has rights :
a. Delivering opinions, delivering ideas to the Chief of Department/Study Program, and or BEMFA
b. Getting coaching, guidance and mentoring from coach, guide and mentor
5. HMJ/ HMPS is functionally responsible to the students in case of the Chief of HMJ/HMPS who is not elected directly in Pemilu Raya Mahasiswa/Student General Election and in a case of HMJ/HMPS which is not directly elected through Student General Election, HMJ/HMPS is responsible to the students in the area of department/study program. The mechanism will be set by HMJ together with SFFA.
6. HMJ/HMPS management at least consists of:
a. Chief
b. Secretary
c. Treasure
d. Chief of each field as needed
7. Dean/Director approves and stops the management structure of HMJ/HMPS with Decree
8. Service period of HMJ/HMPS is one year, for the chief position can be extended and being elected again for the nex period.
