On this official website the timeline is a record of events, activities which accompanied the journey of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, especially in the beginning, 1980 to 2009.
Many of events and activities which monumentasi, such as being the host of Muktamar Muhammadiyah Conference at 2005, PIMNAS 2005, graduation time by time, which was attended by many state officials, political figures, businessmen and others and many more noteworhty activities.
Not all the activities and events which have occurred are featured on this website.
The main source of information in preparing this timeline came from the Bestari newspaper and the bundles of papers which have been printed by the Bureau of Student Affairs of UMM.
There are several events in certain years which have not been recorded because they still require an official source.
