Just like before, this year University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) would award employees (non-lecturer), chief of department, lecturer and student achievers. They would obtain award on the ceremony of National Education Day on May 2.
Human Resource Development Agency/Badan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Manusia (BPSDM) of UMM has started to select the candidates. From proposals submitted by each unit at UMM, the committee would conduct a cross-check and psychology test for credible result. “Thus, the winners would be proud since they believe the credible selection process,” said Chief of the Committee, Ir. Aniek Iryani, MP.
Chief of BPSDM, Dra. Suadah, M.Si agreed on the importance of award for employee achievers by building pride of getting the award. The pride would improve quality of employee's job performance.
The final stage of selection, Tuesday (4/17), was participated by 11 employee achiever candidates. The even took place in the Laboratory of Social and Experimental Psychology of UMM. Previously, to support the scoring, tehre were several tests for the candidates such as interview on work potentials, AIK interview and LGD.
The assessment team coming from BPSDM, Faculty of Psychology, FAI, FISIP and BAU have started the selection process since March. Three elected employee achievers would be awarded by the Rector of UMM. (uci/nas/t_alf)
