After awarding the ISO Certificates for its three bureau, UMM kept improving the service. This time, the front office employees got the UMM Human Resources Improvement Bureau (BPSDM) attention. The employees got the training in form of outbond training in Batu Apple Sun Training Center on Saturday (6/25).
The UMM Vice Rector II Drs Mursidi MM stated that the front office employees were the vital part to give the public services. Even a bureau was a good one, some negative impression might come if the front office employees were not as good as the bureau. That was why they should perfor their good service.
“At UMM, everyone should keep moving forward and improving, because the improvement is suggested by the Prophet,” said Mursidi.
The Chief of UMM BPSDM Dra Suadah MSi said that the training was specially for the UMM front office employees. “It is aimed to build the qualified guest-contact employees," said she.
The Character Building Training was opened with Muhamad Hayat, S.Sos. He sang to have the class enjoyable. It was continued by
Wasis, SH., M.Si who presented the first material about "Standar Mutu Pelayanan". Then, the second speaker was
Dr. Vina Salviana DS, M.Si with her material "SOP untuk Guest Contact". And the last material was "Handling Complaint Strategy" delivered by
Dra. Ratih Juliati. M.Si. (
