Vice Rector II

Helping the Rector in leading the activities in the fields of general administration, finance, infrastructures and officialdom. In assisting the duties, vice rector II should oversee and coordinate activities that include:

1.Planning and budget management;

2. officialdom guidance, welfare and employee rotation;

3. management of equipment;

4. management of legal issues;

5. housekeeping maintenance, security and orderliness maintenance;

6. managing the administration and organization of public relations;

7. data processing of general and financial administration; and

Reporting all activities of each period (month, semester, year) to the Rector.
