Directory of Research and Community Service

The Directorate for Research and Community Service (DPPM) is a directorate that has the following tasks:

1. to plan, implement and coordinate research activities, implementation, and development of art, science, and technology (IPTEKS) within UMM environment, both in research and community service form externally and internally.

2. to coordinate research resources, implementation and development of IPTEKS from various faculties, departments and study centers within UMM environment in conducting research, implementation and development of science, technology and arts.

3. to coordinate activity of managing research, implementation and development of IPTEKS in Publication, Registration of Intellectual Property Rights (HaKI).

4. to coordinate activities and conduct a guidance on Institutions that existed within UMM environment.

5. to coordinate activities and conduct a guidance on studies center that existed within UMM environment.

6. to coordinate resource of researchers within UMM environment in conducting research, implementation & development of IPTEKS.

7. to coordinate research support units, implementation and development of IPTEKS.

8. to develop documentation system and information, research, implementation and development of IPTEKS within UMM environment.

9. to conduct downstream and commercialization programs of research products, implementation and development of IPTEKS.
