Human Resources Development Board
To manage Human Resource that encompass:
1. to develop and implement system of recruitment and selection of educational staff and lecturer UMM.
2. Orientation of employee placement (to give some advices for placement of employee and pre-position employee).
3. to develop qualification and competency of lecturer and educational staff through training in accordance with needs.
4. Evaluation of educational staff performance and selection of educational staff achievement
5. Evaluation of lecturer performance on non-academic field.
6. to give a reward recommendation toward work performance of lecturer and educational staff UMM.
7. to coordinate the development of Al-Islam and ke-Muhammadiyahan for educational staff and lecturer.
8. Empowerment of educational staff in preparation for retirement term.
