Based on SOP, employee appointment from candidate to permanent employee of the university is organizing by the Staffing Division and Badan Pengembangan Sumber daya Manusia (BPSDM) UMM.
The assessment to 48 candidates is organized by delivering list of questions consisting of 11 points to all chiefs of units at the UMM and candidates' colleagues.
The assessment is expected to know performance of the candidates during a year. The result will be used to determine wheter they are eligible to be appointed as permanent employee.
They are also required to participate orientation of pre-position. The result will be announced in the end of December.
According to Vice Rector II, Drs. Mursidi, MM, the assessment is one of the processes of appointment on permanent employee. They will have rights, responsibilities and allowance as mentioned on Staffing Policies.
The Vice Rector II expected that all the candidates would pass the assessment. Thus there would not be any delay or even revocation. (ws).
