Thus, Google indirectly disrupting universities throughout the world,” said Zakiyuddin.

In his opinion, the presence of industrial 4.0 revolution is ruffling the old order and changing into the new ones.  He gave an example on ordering taxi with the new order (online taxi), which even does not have the car still be able to run the business. As a result, the conventional taxi lost competitivness. “In this era, we have to have correct and neat data so that the plicies made can be properly on target,” said Zakiyuddin.

He also invited the participants to take lessons from Indomaret and Alfamart in researching a region to build the outletes. “They researched the needs of a region until the outlete is proper to be built there. If the Alfamart has been opened, it would be followed by Indomaret. So, Indomaret did not need to re-conduct a research because they believed to the result of Alfamart’s research. That’s the powerful of the data,” he continued.

Zakiyuddin explained that in the present, people does not enough to memorize Al-Qur’an and Hadith only, but the educators also have to equip himself with a lot of data. “If only memorizing Al-Qur’an and Hadith without the data, what for then? It’s not on target. Therefore, we need to have a lot of data so that the dakwah can be on target,” he said. (ard)
