Keep giving the best service, 70% of patients in UMM Hospital Relying on Health Insurance

 After three years serving the patients of Health Insurance (BPJS), University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital (UMM Hospital) is visited by BPJS in order to check the services, facilities, and human resources based on BPJS standard.

The Head of Public Relation UMM Hospital dr. Viva Maiga Mahliafa Noor, MMRS revealed that this visit is an evaluation done by BPJS to recheck whether UMM Hospital has completed the standard of Hospital type C. “We should check and evaluate to run the cooperation between UMM hospital and BPJS”, Saturday (6/10).

Moreover, Viva revealed that BPJS is going to evaluate whether there is additional service and facilities according to the data report. ”They are gonna find out what facilities owned by UMM Hospital, then we are going to sign new Memorandum of Understanding”.

Surprisingly, since 2015 serving BPJS patients, 70% of the patients in UMM Hospital are relying on BPJS. Viva hopes that the cooperation between UMM Hospital and BPJS will run well. There will be several breakthroughs and innovation created in order to improve the quality service. “We create some improvements to attract people’s trust. I hope that UMM Hospital keeps continuing to give the best service to the patients”.

The credential for BPJS service at UMM Hospital (1/10) was the requirement for collaboration extension level II. This agenda was attended by the Head of BPJS Management Unit of Malang dr H Munaqib MM AAAK and the staffs, the Representative of Regional Coordinator PERSI of Malang and the Director of UMM Hospital and team management.
