Low HR Development, Ferri Jubair: Be an Entrepreneur to Build Indonesia!

FERRI Jubair, a founder and CEO Click Indonesia became the speaker of Guest Lecture of Student Executive Board of University of Muhammadiyah Malang (BEM UMM), on Wednesday (05/12). This event was to inspire UMM students to be a professional entrepreneur in 4.0 era. Holding in Dome UMM, the event was crowded by the students who desire to be an antrepreneur.

 

Ferri Jubair,alumnus of HI Department UMM, said that to start the business can be started now. “We don’t think about funding and mental. If we think about that, we will always delay,” he clearly said that many big businesses in the world was started by idea, such as Facebook, Uber, Netflix, and so on.

 

 “In addition to idea, we have to have high desire. Our desire has to be stronger than our skill,” continued the 28 years old man. Ferri said that no matter how good the idea is but the desire is low, the idea will not happend. Thus, having strong desire is important to realize the idea that have been thought.

 

According to him, Huma Resource (HR) index in Indonesia is low enough. He referred to data researched by Insight, world research company in business. The data shows that Indonesia is in top 85 from 125 countries in the development of HR. “We build Indonesia with a businessman who develop people because the future is in your hand,” he said.

 

In other hand, Vice Rector I in the academic field, Prof.Dr.Syamsul Arifin, M.Si., said that UMM presently is in ideal position to develop futuristic teaching model. It is to form the good quality of graduate profile. One of them can be done by forming entrepreneurial spirit.
