Communication Student UMM Once Again Named Indonesia PR Rookie Stars

Returning to be part of PR Indonesia Rookie Stars, the Prasayu Creative Team represented UMM Communication Studies at the PR INDONESIA Jamboree (JAMPIRO). The team consisting of Novia Pratiwi and Dini Aprilia Widiastuti successfully escaped and was named the Indonesian Rookie Stars PR. Previously in 2018, UMM also passed with the Sama Rata team.
Noted that there were almost 50 teams that registered, the 2019 Rookie Stars Competition this time carried the theme of "PR Indonesia Campaigning" with 3 stages of selection. The Prasayu Creative Team was challenged to plan and immediately execute in less than 2 weeks.
The 'Play Away' campaign promoted by Tiwi and Dini was chosen to enter the presentation stage before the jury in Bali, October 30 - 31, 2019. The jury consists of PR INDONESIA founder and CEO Asmono Wikan, IPRS founder Elizabeth Goenawan Ananto, ICON PR INDONESIA 2017 - 2018.

"It adds to the experience, it's like being evaluated by a professional practitioner between fear and respect. It's hard to find it, let alone evaluated, "said Tiwi after making a presentation.
Prasayu Creative was finally crowned as PR Indonesia Rookie Stars at the Awarding in Jamboree PR INDONESIA (JAMPIRO) # 5 with 5 Teams. JAMPIRO # 5 was also attended by professional PR practitioners and important figures such as the Mayor of Balikpapan and the Head of the Public Communication Bureau of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Endra S. Atmawidjaja.
JAMPIRO is an annual agenda that is routinely organized by PR INDONESIA. The event focuses on honing competencies and expanding the largest network of public relations / public relations practitioners in Indonesia. JAMPIRO is also a place of appreciation for cross-generation public relations practitioners ranging from students as potential successors to PR, young people, young adults, until leaders who are aware of public relations.
