Supawatanakorn said, there are 4 concepts of Public Administration in evolution, they are Old Public Administration, which is the main thing in government, but in terms of serving the needs of society, it is less responsive. Then, it changed to New Public Management.

Becoming a speaker on International Guest Lecture of Public Administration study program on Wednesday (17/10), Supawatanakor revealed, “New Public Governance is no longer putting the society as costumers, instead of the stakeholders who directly get involved in planning process and resources allocation in the government”. Passing through various developments in public administration for more than a century, the New Public Governance turned into New Public Administration to improve the democratic public service.
