In fact, Khofifah said in University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) Hall Dome, if all the regional government assets in East Java combined, it will only add 50 billion or 2,5% from the total of the Province PDRB. “I want to deliver that solidarity of every element of society in east java is important,” she said.

Khofifah said that the comparison measurement in building the community of East Java is the Human Development Index (IPM). To improve it, the entire family of Muhammadiyah East Java plays a strong and significant role. They did it through educational, health, and economic institutions that becomes an important component for development.

“IPM East Java is currently ranked 15th out of 34 provinces in Indonesia. It becomes the lowest in the entire Java Island. We want to raise it up. Maybe it can’t be completed with only 31 Billion amount of APBD.
