Every woman is a unique that was born with their potential. Undoubtably, more and more women expanded their existance in various aspects of life. However, infrequently women are still getting confused of their potential.
Therefore, Student Executive Board of Faculty of Political and Social Science (BEM FISIP) collaborated with Wardah Beauty held an inspiring talkshow of “Wardah Bright Days” on Tuesday (13/11). The theme of the event was “How to be Bright and be Ready with Your Own Personality”.
Held in Mini Theater Dome, this event presented M.Salis Yuniardi, S.Psi, M.Psi, PhD, the Dean of Faculty of Psychology of UMM, Lulu Elhasbu, Wardah Beauty’s spokesperson, and Chiki Fauzi, Wardah Beauty’s spokesperson as the speakers.
Salis explained about the importance of maximizing a potential as a young generation. There are three ways to maximize it, namely recognizing the potential, accepting yourself, and respecting yourself.
“To be a bright person, get to know yourself, recognize your passion, enjoy what you are doing, and be exactly yourself. As a result, not only being bright person you’ll get, but also you’ll be healthy,” closed Salis on his talks.
In addition, Lulu and Chiki gave many motivations about how to build positive mindset, recognize yourself, and they also shared stories about their journey while developing their potential.
To reach its success, Chiki told, it was not easy. There were a lot of things they went through, starting from the difficulty of following the environment needs to running what he expected to.
“A professional does not mean we follow what people want, yet how the way we are committed with the good ethics,” said Lulu.
After the event finished, the participants were able to do skin checks and beauty class about how to wear a natural make-up guided by Wardah employee. Furthermore, there was also TV Mu presenter audition that could be followed by the participants and UMM students. (ard)
